bitli.me is operated by Bitli Corporation Ltd.. These terms cover use of this website and of links delivered on this domain.

If you received a link

• Links are intended for the person the message was sent to. Forwarding one shares whatever page it leads to, and any click is still recorded against the original customer reference.
• A link may stop working when the campaign it belongs to ends. An expired link shows a short notice rather than a page.
• Automated access to this domain, beyond the link previews that messaging applications generate, is not permitted.

Access to the service

• Bitli is provided to reviewed organisations. Submitting the access request form does not create an account, grant access, or oblige us to provide the service.
• We may decline or withdraw access at our discretion, in particular where a service would be used for unsolicited messaging, or to disguise the origin or destination of a link.
• Organisations using the service are responsible for having a lawful basis to message the people on their lists, and for the pages their links lead to.
• Where a written agreement is in place between your organisation and Bitli Corporation Ltd., that agreement takes precedence over these terms.

Availability

We work to keep links resolving continuously, and the service runs across Cloudflare's global network for that reason. Except where a signed agreement says otherwise, this website and the information on it are provided without warranty.
